Product describtion
Alliin (alliin, S-allyl-L-cysteine sulfoxide, S-Allyl-L-(+)-Cysteine Sulfoxid, SACS) is one of the main biologically active substances in garlic. It accounts for 0.6%-2% of the dry weight of garlic. As a unique non-protein sulfur-containing amino acid in garlic, it accounts for 0.6%-2% of the dry weight of garlic. Easily soluble in water, insoluble in pure absolute ethanol, chloroform, acetone, ether and benzene, white needle cluster crystals can be obtained by crystallizing with dilute acetone and ethanol.
1.Alliin is mainly used in oils, beverages, cold drinks and meat products.
